Awww... thanks, Leslie! I've got a couple of signed Barbara O'Connors in MY collection... :-)
Someone I met in my travels in the last month told me of a thing she does when there's a newish young person in her life: she gives that child an inexpensive BOOKSHELF and a few starter books. I think this is brilliant--not only helping cement the joy of reading, but also planting the idea of filling the rest of that shelf space.
